"As someone who has struggled with ADHD and related focus/productivity issues my whole life, speaking with Tina has provided me immense clarity and renewed motivation. Her intuitive grasp of my needs along with a practical understanding of how the ADHD mind works has unlocked new levels of self-insight for me. I particularly appreciate Tina's ability to balance empathetic listening and probing questions with expert input about helpful frameworks like managing Default Mode vs Task Positive Networks. She has a true talent for guiding me to make connections about my own ingrained patterns while interweaving positive encouragement. Working with Tina has slowly but surely boosted my confidence, creativity and sense of direction. I now feel equipped with sustainable strategies tailored specifically to leverage my strengths and mitigate my triggers. I'm grateful to have a partner like Tina who sees my innate talents and potential and has the wisdom to give me the tools I need to reach it."
- Dan"Tina has been my coach for over a year - a year that has marked some pretty massive changes in my life, no doubt in part as a result of the insights and self-awareness I’ve gained from our sessions together. Tina’s style is warm, personable, engaging, and challenging where needed. She’s been a thoughtful and provocative coach, prodding me to look at areas I’ve shied away from, and guiding me towards more self-understanding and compassion. I’ve learned a great deal, found some solidity in my thinking and have so much more confidence in managing my ADHD and all of its glorious and not-so-glorious manifestations in my life. If you’re looking for someone who knows their stuff, has lived experience of, and is hugely interested in and passionate about ADHD, and who is able to coach with humour and compassion, then Tina’s your lady."
- Ru Briant"Tina is an excellent ADHD Coach - she is extremely knowledgeable about neurodivergence, especially in the workplace, but she’s also able to get to the root of your specific needs and communicate in a way that’s right for you. Aside from being a brilliant coach, she’s also a very wise, kind, personable and insightful person who made a significant impact on me during a very challenging time. I felt I could fully be myself in our sessions and un-mask fully, leading to noticeable change. If you’re looking for someone to help you understand your ADHD, and find ways to work with your brain in the workplace, or elsewhere, I couldn’t recommend her more highly."

My ADHD coaching practice supports professionals and leaders who want to thrive in their work and personal lives while managing the realities of ADHD. Coaching can help with executive function skills such as planning, prioritising, follow-through, task initiation, and managing transitions. We also focus on building confidence, advocating for support, navigating workplace dynamics, and addressing challenges such as burnout, masking, or people-pleasing.
Sessions are 50 minutes and held online, so clients can join from anywhere. Many choose weekly or fortnightly sessions, with flexible packages that allow for top-ups during career changes or new challenges.
Coaching can often be funded through Access to Work in the UK, and I can guide you through the application process.
What makes my approach different is the combination of professional and lived experience. With over 20 years in leadership, HR, and strategy, plus deep expertise as a DEI practitioner, I understand the corporate world as well as the realities of neurodivergence. I bring a pragmatic yet compassionate approach, creating a safe, non-judgemental space where clients feel free to explore challenges and test practical strategies.
My coaching is not about labels, but about clarity, self-awareness, and building systems that make life and work feel more possible.
Whether you’re a professional navigating ADHD traits for the first time, a leader wanting to align your strengths with your values, or an organisation striving for a more neuroinclusive workplace, ADHD coaching can help you move forward with confidence and clarity.
