I provide ADHD and Executive Function Coaching to Adults, Families, Kids, Teens, and Young Adults Worldwide.  I can see you virtually, or at my Seattle location if you are local.  My coaching services are different - I have long personal and professional experience helping neurodivergent people understand the how and why their brains work differently, acknowledging and moving beyond the shame of feeling different, and finding the strengths that point you to success.

If there's an issue getting in the way of your success, it's likely related to your ADHD or executive dysfunction. I can help you with your emotional regulation and social skills, life skills, and health habits that are impacting you socially or in relationships.  Together, we can tackle screen time issues such as phone, social media and video game addiction, and solve procrastination, planning, and time management issues that are getting in the way of success at work or school.

“I can’t say enough good things about Tracey Stewart and Powerhouse Executive Function Coaching! Tracey is a gifted coach that is energetic, funny, encouraging, and easy to connect with. She intimately understands the challenges ADHD individuals face, which is what makes her such a great practitioner. I have made vast improvements in my personal and professional life using her coaching. Every session I came away with new insights about myself and my neurodiversity. If you are looking for a way to thrive as a neurodiverse individual in a neurotypical world, book an appointment with Tracey!”
