Do you often feel like you can't manage basic tasks and responsibilities that everyone else seems to handle so effortlessly? Do you feel like you're constantly overwhelmed by strong emotions, your surroundings, or just the round-the-clock effort to fit into a frame that doesn't really suit you? Does it seem to you that all you do is react to one urgent thing after another?

Through a unique blend of transactional analysis and ADHD coaching, I will help you understand the complexity and specificity of the ADHD brain and assist you in developing systems that will not only stop ADHD from being an obstacle, but make it your ally.

Client Testimonial

"ADHD coaching with Urška is something completely different from what I have been used to in sessions with other experts. I usually jump from topic to topic and say a thousand things within five minutes, so people tend to have a hard time following and often miss the point. Even other therapists sometimes have trouble keeping focus with this kind of talking. With Urška, it happened for the first time in my life that someone listened to everything I had to say and heard the essence, without me having to repeat myself or try to say it differently. Insane. If nothing else, it's absolutely worth going for a few hours just to feel heard. In short, I highly recommend it. The experience was fantastic, and I now have some new skills in my repertoire to tackle daily challenges."

"Going from someone who could hardly pay their bills to someone that's on top of their responsibilities was something I could hardly imagine happening. I couldn't imagine my life could be so much easier. I stoped being so hard on myself and embraced my ADHD, and that allowed me to actually stay on top of things"
- N.P. (Germany)

Marrying someone who was diagnosed with ADHD later in life brought many challenges into my life. As I learned about ADHD and its impact on our relationship, I was inspired to become an ADHD coach.

I'm neurodiverse myself, with cPTSD and giftedness. This allows me to understand many of the traits someone with ADHD faces while also being able to follow different tangents that come up in our conversations and keep the focus on the essence of the discussion. During our collaboration, I will be happy to provide knowledge about ADHD and lend you my focus so you can rebuild the foundation of your life with ADHD, transforming it from a big challenge into a pleasant and colorful journey.

My background is in design and later on in tech. Always curious about psychology and personal development, I ended up studying transactional analysis on the side. I'm a fifth-year student and love to blend transactional analysis into my coaching as I find it very applicable to the challenges that come with ADHD.

As someone on the side of the non-ADHD spouse, I'd be happy to offer support to non-ADHD partners. It's a unique and often challenging journey, but with knowledge and understanding, it can become a relationship you will appreciate for its excitement and variety.
