Seeing a loved one struggle through life, I'm on a mission to understand as much as I can about neurodivergence. Appreciating that there is still apprehension around sharing a neurodiverse diagnosis with an employer, I left corporate to help address this challenge.

Video ConferencingI'm a HR Professional with almost 20 years experience working in corporate. Most recently I was the HR director in a multinational, supporting global functions. Aside from my practical experience working in financial services and technology companies, I have also been in academia.
I hold a Masters in Business Administration, a Degree in Human Resource Management and a Diploma in Employment Law, and I lectured in HR too!
I've blended my love of people, learning, neurodivergence, HR and corporate experience. I now provide a service that helps others discover how their unique brain works; identifying hacks that allow them to succeed at work and, above all, to live a life they can love.
