Hello, my name is Venka that means "Friend" in Norweigan. I am a certified Life coach with a specialty in ADHD coaching. I started this journey because my daughter was diagnosed with ADHD. When she was diagnosed, I had so many questions about ADHD and how it is affecting my daughter and the people in her life that love her.

I see the challenges with ADHD with: families, in schools, with friends, and professionally. I focus on strength-based coaching, discovering what you are good at, and leveraging your strengths to tackle challenging areas. I also find working with loved ones for someone that has ADHD, to be very important. That way they can support their child, spouse, parents, grandparents, or partner.

Coaching takes time, and you have to be willing to do the work and be open to exploring new ideas. If you are it can be life changing! With ADHD there is nothing that is broken or needs to be fixed! It's about understanding how your brain works, who you are, and your strengths. I would like to be your "Friend" and your thinking partner on this journey of yours, whether you have ADHD or if someone you love does.
