I use holistic, client-centred and strengths-based coaching to support older teenagers, young adults, and adults with ADHD or Executive Functioning skills challenges to better understand their unique brains and harness their strengths to build the skills and strategies they need to achieve their goals. I also coach parents/partners of neurodivergent individuals, seeking to understand and support them effectively. I work across time zones via video-conferencing and telephone. In-person coaching can also be arranged for clients located in Singapore.
With my background in secondary education inclusion and learning support, I understand that challenges with Executive Functioning skills, with or without a formal ADHD diagnosis, can significantly impact home, family, and work life. That is just one of the reasons why I'm dedicated to extending support for ADHD and Executive Functioning skills beyond school to include higher education, workplaces, and home environments. My own experience with ADHD, both as an individual and as a parent and teacher, has given me a deep and compassionate understanding of the challenges faced by neurodivergent individuals.
I am a certified coach specialising in ADHD and Executive Functioning skills. I completed my coach training through ADDCA. Additionally, I hold a Master of Science in Psychology, a Postgraduate Certificate of Education (PGCE), and have significant training in Dyslexia and other specific learning challenges. I am a member of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and on the Register of Qualifications in Test Use (RQTU) maintained by the BPS for Educational, Attainment, and Ability Testing.

"Yasmeen has an excellent blend of expertise, empathy and positivity. She helped me uncover tailored strategies for focus and time management that have proved to be incredibly beneficial in my daily routine. She took the time to understand my specific challenges and guide me towards creating actionable steps that I could immediately implement. I came into coaching very stressed about the impact that ADHD was having on my work. The experience exceeded my expectations, making me feel supported, understood, and most importantly, optimistic about the future. If you're looking for an ADHD coach who really listens and can make a genuine difference to your life, Yasmeen comes highly recommended."

As a long-term expat who has completed eight international moves with my family across Europe and Asia, I have first-hand experience with the unique challenges of living and working in a country away from your usual support network. I'm passionate about helping individuals in a holistic, non-judgmental and culturally sensitive way and assisting them in building the structures and strategies that help maximise the quality of their lives.
