As a student supervisor and guidance counselor (Mashgiach) at an advanced Talmudical academy in Jerusalem, I have had the fortunate experience of guiding, mentoring, and teaching many students over the years. I am blessed to be the father of a large family with children who keep me on my toes. As a husband to the greatest wife I could have asked for, I am more than doubly blessed.
As a late-diagnosed ADHDer, I learned the power of understanding my unique brain and using that to forge my path, my way. I therefore decided to pursue ADHD coaching professionally. I trained in possibly the top Adhd coaching program in the world, ADDCA. I took on some of the greatest ADHD coaches as Mentors. Jay Perry MCAC, Diane Mcleane MCC, and Aron Lazarus PCC. Under their masterful guidance, I have bloomed into the coach I am today.
So many people are struggling through life as I did, and I want to be there for them. I use my warm and accepting nature along with top-notch training from some of the best coaches in the field, to bring great quality coaching to each session. My passion is to help people maximize themselves and live life their best way possible. Discovering the uniqueness and beauty of each person I meet, is one of my greatest pleasures.

"Working with Yehuda has been a life-changing experience. Before our sessions, my ADHD often left me feeling uninterested and unsure of my capabilities. Yehuda's guidance and support helped me uncover strengths I never knew I had. He has a remarkable ability to identify and nurture these hidden qualities, enabling me to become more productive and successful in both my personal and professional life. Yehuda didn't just help me manage my ADHD; he empowered me to understand and embrace my true potential. Thanks to his coaching, I now have a clearer sense of direction and a deeper appreciation for my own abilities. I am incredibly grateful for Yehuda's transformative impact on my life."

Here is a description of my coaching. The first session is free, I call it a discovery session. This session involves learning what brings you to coaching and what you want to get out of it. We identify which areas you feel you want to improve or maximize. I give some basic education about ADHD and what is unique about our wiring. (eg. We are wired for interest, time blindness, limited working memory, executive function challenges, why we procrastinate, and how we can be so inconsistent. How does that affect us with family, work, etc, etc.)
This information can already be very empowering.
Consequent sessions use classic life coaching techniques along with what we call an 'ADHD lens'. Many ADHDers come in frustrated, very hard on themselves, and usually blissfully, or not so blissfully, unaware of what works and doesn't work for them. We explore what you really want, what you do well, and how you learn and process best. What you value and need. We look for what is blocking you and allow you, the client, to discover your own strategies and best way forward.
We also make sure to anchor any action steps strongly, with prompts and good planning. This is key for ADHDers, otherwise, no matter how much of an epiphany you have in a session, there is a possibility you will forget what we discussed about 2 to 3 seconds after you leave:)
Part of the planning is that I offer to be part of your plan. You can call or text me for encouragement or ask me to check in to see how things are progressing. You do not have to wait for the next session to contact me. Rather I remain available throughout the process. I encourage clients to inform me of their wins as they go along, reinforcing their successes, If you need a pick me up, pick up the phone, I'm here.
Thank God, I have seen much success with the coaching.
