Client Testimonial

Coaching has been a breakthrough step for me: Being coached with Yvonne has been the breakthrough step in beginning my journey to understand my ADHD with a mid-life diagnosis. An incredibly beneficial experience with a gifted, kind, wise and insightful coach. Time to book my next sessions!

James Professional Age 40’s

Our Sessions Were A Real Gift Of Awareness: At the start I didn’t know what to expect, but I find Yvonne’s gentle and curious approach enormously helpful and encouraging. Change is never easy, but I did manage to bring some significant change into my life which I am very grateful for.  I highly recommend Yvonne for ADHD coaching Fiona, Age: 40’s Healthcare Professional Age 40’s

I am learning to be my own anchor: When I started with Yvonne, I was forever apologising to people, even when I wasn’t in the wrong,- I just assumed I was! I now have such a better understanding of my ADHD and myself.  She helped me put in  boundaries and stop people pleasing. I’m much more conscious of the words I use and have stopped framing things in such a negative way.  It’s a really big change for me and I am learning to trust myself and be my own anchor Anna, Graduate, First Job, Age 24
