Coaching is a scheduled pause that allows you the space to increase your self-awareness.
I view coaching as providing practical tools and a strength-based approach to understanding ADHD and how to thrive in a neurotypical world – not by telling you what to do, but by leading you towards shaping new narratives of your self-perception.
You are not broken, you don’t need to be fixed, you are complete, whole, and capable of finding solutions that work with your ADHD, not against it.

“Having been coached by Zoë for several months now, it has been a great experience. She has helped me find unique solutions to my pressing issues and has helped me understand my ADHD. Her positive outlook on my abilities has made Coach Zoë a joy to work with.” - Chris N.
I am a writer with an MFA in Creative Nonfiction Writing and was diagnosed with ADHD in my late 20’s. I’ve completed my ADHD coach training through the ADD Coach Academy (ADDCA) and am currently accruing certification hours toward ADDCA, ICF, and PAAC credentials.
Through my studies at ADDCA and because of my background in writing, I was reminded of the power of stories. What we tell ourselves grows. Our stories and narratives shape one’s self-perception, which in turn impacts how we show up in the world.
Yet we have the ability through coaching to re-write, re-edit, and re-tell these stories. With a coach by your side, a thinking partner, a guide, we can conjure tools that will strengthen your foundation and change your mindset.
Coaching can help you see yourself more fully and understand that you can thrive with your ADHD. If I have the privilege of being your coach, I can guide you in re-framing the narrative of who you are and who you want to become.
