Withdrawal/Refund Policy

 All withdrawal requests must be in writing before it will be reviewed.

A refund will be granted per course when a withdrawal request is received 7 days or more before the course start date. In special circumstances, a student may request course material earlier than the release date. If the request is granted, the student is no longer eligible for a refund for that class.

No refund will be granted when a withdrawal request is received 6 days or less before the course start date.

For refunds, the retail prices will be applied along with below applicable fees. All discounts are voided.

Registration and Funds are non-transferable.

Self-Study Terms: No refund will be granted once the Self-Study Module is released to students. This applies to any registration that includes Self-Study (such as Advanced Coaching Skills or Fundamentals of ADHD Coaching for Families).
 

Withdrawal Fee per Course: 

  • Simply ADHD Course: $75
  • Personal Transformation (PT) Course: $125
  • Basic Coaching Skills Course: $200
  • Advanced Coaching Skills Course: $200
  • Fundamentals of ADHD Coaching for Families Course: $200
  • Ethics of ADHD Coaching: $50
  • Jumpstart Your Coaching Practice: $100

Credit Card/Admin Fee: 

  • 5% of monies paid for the withdrawn course(s)

Please make sure that you have satisfied any prerequisites before making your purchase. A credit card/administrative fee will be applied if you are due a refund.

 

Transfer Policy

A transfer refers to moving from one course time to the same course at a different time. (Example: Moving from one Simply ADHD course to another). There are no transfers granted between coach training courses and electives (Example: Students cannot transfer from the Advanced Coaching Skills course to the Family course elective).

  • All transfer requests must be in writing before it will be reviewed.
  • Transfer request received 7 days or more before the course start date: $75 transfer fee
  • Transfer request received 6 days or less before the course start date: $200 transfer fee (Once this transfer is complete, no future withdrawals/refunds)
  • Transfer requests received after the course start date are not permitted.
  • The course student is transferring to must start within one year of the originally scheduled course
  • Any tuition changes since the original registration will be applied to the transfer fee.
  • Payment plans remain as scheduled upon registration despite transfer.
