Aaron Bailey, ACCG, PCAC, PCC
ADDCA Assessor
Ontario, Canada
Aaron Bailey is an ADDCA certified coach (ACCG, PCAC, PCC). He has spent the last 15 years working in the ADHD, learning disability, and mental health field. His experience includes working at the Regional Assessment and Resource Centre (RARC) at Queen’s University supporting students with ADHD and learning disabilities as they transitioned through school and into post-secondary life. He has also worked as an educational assistant in the Yukon Territory, supporting students navigating trauma and ADHD. Aaron previously ran a motivational speaking business, “A.B.Talks,” where he shared his lived experience growing up with ADHD, learning disabilities, anxiety, and depression.
Aaron’s passion for this work comes from his own ADHD journey. He is dedicated to helping people understand how their brain works, cultivate self-compassion, and build strategies that allow them to work with their brain instead of against it.
He enjoys coaching teens and adults as they shed shame and guilt and shift toward confidence, optimism, and growth. Seeing clients transform their mindset and thrive is one of the most rewarding parts of his work.
Aaron lives in Ontario, Canada with his wife and their three spirited daughters, who challenge him daily to be his best self. He loves music and thrives in the outdoors — biking, skiing, hiking, canoeing, and anything that connects him with nature.
