Cathy Rashidian is a certified executive coach, specializing in ADHD (ACCG, PCAC, PCC).  She draws from her experience living with ADHD and her 20 years of experience in various leadership roles in corporate Canada to adapt traditional executive coaching to meet the specific needs of adults with ADHD.  

Cathy works collaboratively with her clients to develop sustainable personalized action plans that help them thrive in the workplace and home.

In addition to providing one-on-one coaching, Cathy also offers workshops and seminars for business leaders.  Recognizing the benefits of effectively managing employees with Adult ADHD, Cathy provides progressive organizations and their leaders with some of the most effective strategies for supporting individuals with ADHD.  These informative and practical sessions enable organizations and leaders to create supportive, non-judgmental workplaces and ultimately increase productivity while improving employee engagement and retention.  

Cathy is also the host of the Proudly ADHD podcast with over 90 episodes, where she interviews leading experts in the field of ADHD. She lives in Canada with her husband and daughter.
