Mirka Frommenwiler, ACCG, PCAC, PCC, EMCC Senior Practitioner, is an ADHD coach based in Ireland, originally from Slovakia. She brings compassion, authenticity, and a deep respect for each client’s unique journey, supporting individuals, parents, and families with empathy, curiosity, and practical strategies that create meaningful change.
Mirka works with children, teens, adults, and parents who want to better understand themselves and grow. She believes that self-awareness flourishes in environments of emotional safety, and her coaching begins by fostering calm, trust, and connection so clients can feel secure enough to explore their inner world.
She also runs workshops for children focused on social skills, emotional regulation, communication, friendship-building, and self-expression.

Through her writing and coaching, she helps parents feel less alone and more hopeful, believing that every person has the capacity to grow, reconnect, and embrace life with clarity, confidence, and joy.
