Since 1979, Jay Perry, MFA, MCAC, PCC, has coached executives on five continents and led workshops for thousands of people around the world on topics as diverse as business planning, leadership, transformational change, coaching skills, communication, and career planning. In the corporate arena, he has developed and led Coach Training Programs for three Fortune 500 companies. He specializes in coaching senior executives to advance their careers, think creatively, and keep their priorities straight. He has also mentored and trained several hundred coaches, including many leaders in the field.

In 1991, Jay began working with legendary coach Thomas Leonard, and participated in the creation of Coach University. He was also one of the founders of the International Coach Federation (ICF) and served on its Board of Directors for four years.

His professional experience includes ownership of a New York theater, running an interactive computer company, and, for 12 years, presiding as president of AIP, Inc., a training and consulting company in New York and Los Angeles.

Jay holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from Boston University and a Master of Fine Arts degree from Ohio University.
