Personal Transformation

Roger is a fabulous lecturer who brings not only his wide breadth of coaching experience to the table, but also his qualified knowledge of positive psychology and how we may employ it practically.

Brett Weggelaar (Australia)

We were given tools to be more positive & connect better with ourselves and others. The course also addressed challenges such as  how to get emotional, psychological & other needs met It also helped a person identify their strengths and focus on them more.

Andrew Macdonald (Australia)

In the past, I have not spent the time on myself - to understand how I think, operate and perform best. The models and exercises pushed me to think deeply about myself and what I desire, and also understand what drains my energy and how to better conserve it.

Sally Linton (North Carolina)

I am forever grateful for David and Jay’s instruction, coaching, acceptance of me and my classmates for who we are, and for compassionately holding the space for us to wonder, explore, discover, and grow.

Brenna Miller (Arlington, Tennessee)

The instructors, Barbara and Roger, take us through the material and exercises in a slow and patient pace to allow to us to dig deep and learn more about ourselves. It is enlightening to have have the class filled with people from all over the world - it helps to highlight how ADHD is universal.

Emily Persons (Pleasantville, New York)

I was finally diagnosed with ADHD aged 38 (I’m almost 41 now). It's a frustrating and complex condition to live with undiagnosed because it erodes your confidence and progressively diminishes your sense of self.

You lose faith in your strengths and end up not trusting your own mind and stop believing that you will get just rewards for your efforts. It denies you the consistency, stability and linear sense of time that most people appear to take for granted.

The great thing about this PT course is that it introduces the building blocks and habits that encourage mental wellness, literally starting from a position of strength. This is vital in ADHD where, at least for me, no amount of reasoning can trump what my heart is telling me. It is genuinely transformative to be forced to focus on, and share, what is good about yourself.

This is why I would recommend the course to anyone either as part of the wider coaching programme, or as a stand alone investment in your own personal development.

Learning anything is about reinforcing the right habits and paying attention to the right things. There is nothing more vital than paying attention to your mental wellbeing.  This is more so in ADHD where so often the expectations on us in education and at work are counter-intuitive to our natural brain wiring. This course systematically forces you to do that.

I genuinely believe if you engage with the material and the exercises, and are willing to share your findings with your classmates, it will give you a blueprint for living authentically that will sustain you long beyond the course itself.

Alexander Smith (London, UK)

From day 1, you are constantly reflecting and having deep thinking assignments to evaluate how you view your life, identify what your story is, know your character strengths and understand how you can make the difference.

Isamari Cruz (Puerto Rico)

The experience was so fulfilling and motivating. The group members shared great stories from the exercises and taught me so much. Through these exercises, I learned a ton about myself and so many things that I can carry into my coaching.

Our leader not only entertained us and brought so much levity and humor to the class, he also taught the information is such a remarkably relatable way.

Berkeley Gardner (Charlotte, North Carolina)

I can now speak from personal experience, on how I overcame those negative patterns. You can’t truly teach it, if you don’t experience it. This class did just that, I learned and applied the tools I was taught to my own life, and now I’m more self aware of the things that were getting in my way of being my best self. Now I get to pass that knowledge along!  It feels good.

Ashleigh Livingston (Mobile, Alabama)

It was an invaluable experience for me.

Jordona Travis (San Diego California)

I now have a better understanding of the way my brain processes information. I am glad I had the chance to take the course with both wonderful leaders ( Barbara and Michele). They have so much knowledge and information.

Viola Wiley (San Juan, Puerto Rico)

No matter what I felt I knew about ADHD--I realized I knew very little. I was so impressed with the style of teaching, how not one word was wasted and how the trainers cut a path through a very dense forest for me. What a wonderful opportunity for anyone looking for ADHD education or coach training.

Kate Ahearn (Illinois)

I am grateful for being a part of the class.

I recognize there is so much more to discover. I am so excited about the journey I am embarking on with a great sense of joy and confidence and surety. It is exhilarating to think I can live my purpose.

Juliann Gaus-Graeser (Florida)

Taking the time to focus on my purpose has helped me to discover that I am passionate about helping others.  I can now envision myself as an intuitive coach who can inspire the world one person at a time.
