The PAAC (Professional Association of ADHD Coaches) is the premier governing body of the ADHD Coaching Profession.

ADDCA-trained Coaches can earn their certification directly through PAAC or can earn their certification through both ADDCA & PAAC

Advanced Certification (ADDCA Advanced Certified Coach Graduate)

• 180+ Hours Accredited Training |  350+ Hours ADHD Coaching Experience | Other Criteria
• The ACCG designation awarded to coaches who have met the certification requirements of ADDCA's Basic & Advanced ADHD & Life Coach Training Certification Program Certification Program and successfully demonstrated their ADHD coaching capabilities at the professional level of coach certification set by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and the Professional Association for ADHD Coaches (PAAC).

Basic Certification  (ADDCA Associate Certified Coach)

• 90+ Hours Accredited Training |  50+ Hours ADHD Coaching Experience | Other Criteria
• The AACC designation is awarded to coaches who have met the certification requirements of ADDCA’s Basic ADHD & Life Coach Training Certification Program and demonstrated their ADHD coaching capabilities at the first level of coach certification set by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and the Professional Association for ADHD Coaches (PAAC).

Advanced  PRE-Certification  (ADDCA Coach Graduate)

• 180+ Hours Accredited Training |  100+ Hours ADHD Coaching Experience | Other Criteria
• The ACG designation is awarded to coaches who successfully completed of ADDCA's Advanced ADHD & Life Coach Training Certification Program  and are working towards their ADDCA Certification. These coaches have successfully demonstrated their ADHD coaching capabilities at the professional level of coach certification set by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and the Professional Association for ADHD Coaches (PAAC).

• The PACG designation is awarded to coaches who successfully completed of ADDCA's Advanced ADHD & Life Coach Training Certification Program  and are working towards their ADDCA Certification. These coaches have successfully demonstrated their ADHD coaching capabilities at the professional level of coach certification set by the International Coach Federation (ICF) and the Professional Association for ADHD Coaches (PAAC).

Family-Trained

• Additional 99 Additional Hours 
• Family-Trained Coaches have completed the Fundamentals of ADHD Coaching for Families course, an additional 99 hours of specialty training essential for coaching Children, Teens, Parents, College Students & Families impacted by ADHD. The Family course focus is on skills training designed to improve executive functioning and social skills as well as educate parents and their children about ADHD.
