Long- Distance Learning - How a Teleclass Works
What is a teleclass?
A Teleclass is a live, interactive class that is conducted over the telephone on our telephone bridge lines. It works like a conference call. Because you do not have to get to a physical location, we have students participate from all over the world is this "virtual classroom".
Telephone Bridge Line Information
We use the highest quality fiber optic phone lines and the exact equipment used by Fortune 100 Companies. Our equipment is under 24/7 quality control and has unique Hi-Fi voice quality. Quality issues usually come from poor connections due to long distance carriers or internet carrier issues, but we always want to know if we can help improve your teleclass experience.
The most reliable way to connect is through the traditional twisted copper wire land-line phone.
The telephone bridge number is a long-distance call. All participants/students pay their own phone costs.
Most of our U.S. participants have unlimited phone plans.
For those who do not have unlimited phone plans, or for international participants, it is the responsibility of the participant to find a phone service that works for them. ADDCA is only responsible for the quality of the telephone bridge lines.

SKYPE: Skype works for many participants who use it, but since it is not federally regulated, it sometimes has inconsistencies. These inconsistencies (i.e recognizing an access code) do not have anything to do with our bridge lines. (see SkypeOut )
VoipBuster.com : An alternative to Skype. To try this go to VoipBuster and download the software. It allows free calls to try out the service.
Magic Jack. Vonage: Please do not use Magic Jack.or Vonage. Our bridge lines do not support theser companies.

Other Suggestions from our International Participants
Below are some recommendations directly from some of our international participants. Although we have not tested any of these methods, we wanted to pass this information onto you.
From Participant in Dubai
MyPrivate Nework
www.myprivate network.com
My Private Network provides you with a secure personal virtual private network from anywhere in the world to the country of your choice.
From Participant in Saudi Arabia
...I find the best thing here in Saudi Arabia is using Skype on my iPhone through the 3G network internet ( not my home wireless network through wi Fi connection ). I use the Apple headset that I got with my iPhone. Another thing is I had Skype line subscription for one year.
From Participant in Denmark
City Telekort (Danish service)
"The reception with the City Telekort was great. I found a few other options."
Calling Cards (Worldwide) It takes a little time to download.
