Module: 301
This module is designed to introduce you to eleven ADDCA Models in advanced ways. Participants and faculty will primarily be practicing coaching during these four sessions.

Advanced Receiving and Witnessing (M-302)

Module: 302
This module is designed to deepen your understanding and application of Receiving and Witnessing. Participants and faculty will jointly design these class sessions to build upon what participants learned and practiced in Modules 102, 201, and 202 earlier. Participants may bring questions from the earlier material, and the teleclass leader may bring in or assign additional material for study.

Advanced Questioning and Filtering (M-303)

Module: 303
This module is designed to deepen your understanding and application of Questioning and Filtering. Participants and faculty will jointly design these class sessions to build upon what participants learned and practiced in Modules 102, 203, and 204 earlier. Participants may bring questions from the earlier material, and the teleclass leader may bring in or assign additional material for study.

Advanced Activating and Reinventing (M-304)

Module: 304
This module is designed to deepen your understanding and application of Activating and Reinventing. Participants and faculty will jointly design these class sessions to build upon what participants learned and practiced in Modules 102, 205, and 206 earlier. Participants may bring questions from the earlier material, and the teleclass leader may bring in or assign additional material for study

QUESTVERSATION© Comprehensive (M-305)

Module: 305
This module is designed to deepen your understanding and application of the ADDCA coaching conversational model, the QuestVersation©. Participants and faculty will jointly design these class sessions to build upon what participants learned and practiced in Modules 102, and 201 through 206 earlier. Participants may bring questions from the earlier material, and the teleclass leader may bring in or assign additional material for study.

Mastery ADHD Coach Training (300- Level)

A student at ADDCA may be taking courses for a variety of purposes.  Therefore, ADDCA offers different levels of accomplishment for the Mastery ADHD Coach Training program.

 

I.  Certificate of coach training hours Completion
II.  Graduation (MACG designation)
III. Recertification for ICF credentialing

 

I.  Certificate of coach training hours Completion (without MACG designation):

 

A student can receive a ‘Certificate of Completion’ of the ADDCA  Mastery ADHD Coach Training program, without MACG designation, if they elect to only attend and participate in the classes.  Students wanting a ‘Certificate of Completion’ do not have to complete the other graduation requirements.

 

This Certificate of Completion can be used as part of an ICF portfolio application or an ICF recertification.  It could also be used for a PAAC certification application.

 

II. Graduation (with MACG designation):

 A student can graduate from the  Mastery program and receive an Masters ADDCA Coach Graduate (MACG) designation by meeting the Mastery program graduation requirements..  A student can graduate with an MACG designation with a minimum of 30 hours of coach training by:

 

• Completing Modules 301-305 at or above the required attendance level
• Having completed an individual research project
• Applying for graduation (a brief essay is part of the application)
• Successfully completing a final oral coaching exam
• Note: Graduation must be completed within one-year of the last teleclass.

III.  Recertification for ICF credentialing

This Mastery ADHD Coach Training Program is ICF-approved for 30 CCEUs which you can use for re-certification.
It can also be used for the  PAAC certification application.
